Will Lucas is the founder and CEO of several start up companies including AWLCo that houses web projects such as thankyouaga.in, a mobile application that helps users “collect the good”, vinyu, a mobile check-in application that enhances the consumer shopping experience, and Classbag , an educational web platform. Will also founded Creadio , a custom Internet streaming service that develops custom radio and television stations for brands to promote their products and services in-house in 2007. It produces custom networks for some of the worlds largest brands.

We talk extensively about her app PencilYou.In, ways to scale out, Puppet, Chef, cfengine and other tech goodness.
Tiffani Ashley Bell is a twenty-something in pursuit of better living through software.
She is the CEO and founder of Pencil You In, a platform enabling the world's hairstylists and barbers to delight their clients and more efficiently manage their businesses by accepting appointments online. Tiffani graduated from Howard University in 2008 with a Bachelor of Science in Systems and Computer Science. In college, she interned at IBM as a mobile developer and twice at HP as a web developer, and after college, worked at a government contractor as a web developer before leaving to work on Pencil You In full-time.
A Ruby on Rails developer since 2005, she also develops for Apple iOS and Google Android. Most recently, she was a member of the first class of the NewME Accelerator, an accelerator whose aim is to introduce minority-led startups to the inner workings of Silicon Valley.

In this episode Greg sits down and talks with Cleavon Blair and Noel Ramirez.
"Blair", as he likes to be called, and Noel, are software engineers who co-founded the web development and design company Blosme Software (pronounced blossom). Blosme has produced several wonderful products including Techployr.com , a job board dedicated to technology professionals, and Krazygoodfoodtv.com , a new internet television network devoted to programming centered around food.
We talk about the passion and message of personal and career growth behind Blosme as well as upcoming projects such as AdFlippr.com, an affordable internet ad network focused on search engine optimization principles and ZipCodeServices.com, an affordable set of geo-location services for US and Canadian zip codes.
Blair also lets the cat out of the bag about a very interesting project coming down the pipes in the upcoming 2012 year.

About Sian Morson:
Sian Morson is a digital veteran and mobile evangelist who has been working in the Interactive and Digital fields since 1999. A project manager by trade, Sian moved through the ranks at some of the top advertising agencies in the world including Tribal DDB, Draft/FCB and McCann Erickson. She has managed the development of web properties and bleeding edge campaigns for international brands such as Philips, Coca-Cola and Aviva. She made the transition to mobile in early 2006 and hasn’t looked back. Sian formed Kollective Mobile LLC. A mobile development agency, in 2010 and is a strong advocate for the early adoption of mobile across all platforms.
Sian has lectured, and written about mobile and its influence on such disparate sectors as art, small business, and the African American community. She is a regular contributor to Politic365 where she covers mobile and technology.
An inter-nationally exhibited video-artist, Sian’s work centers on the topics of sex, race, and of course, technology. She holds a BFA in Film & Television from NYU’s Tisch School of the Arts and an MA in Electronic Arts from Middlesex University in London.
Most recently, Sian has hosted a panel on Art & Technology at the Festival of New Black Imagination’s inaugural event. Sian is consults regularly with start-ups on their mobile strategy and is available for speaking engagements

About Curtiss Pope:
Born and Raised in Silicon Valley, Curtiss started his technology career coding and designing web sites and software for companies like Yahoo, Microsoft and Installshield.
His leadership style has an emphasis on design and functionality. His current role is as CEO of AisleFinder, an app that matches items on shopping lists with aisles within supermarkets (Google maps for supermarkets).
Curtiss’ company AisleFinder was selected to be one of the startups selected for the first class of NewMe Accelerator in 2011.
At 29 years old he is one of the youngest black entrepreneurs within the Silicon Valley tech scene. He often shares his views on entrepreneurship,design and motivation on blogs such as Hacker News, Black Enterprise,Twitter, Facebook (Building While Brown) and has been featured in site like: TechCrunch ,CNN.com,PC Magazine and CNET.

In this episode Greg and Ronnie talk with guest, Hadiyah Mujhid. Hadiyah is a software engineer and entrepreneur. She hold an MBA in Information Systems from Drexel University as well as a BS in Computer Science from University of Maryland Eastern Shore. Hadiyah is the co-founder of Picturely Labs, a web company with a focus in image semantics. Hadiyah is also co-founder of Black Founders, an organization dedicated to the success of black entrepreneurs in tech. She also authors a blog called "Engineers don't blog" which chronicles her life as a software engineer and an entrepreneur.
